The historical Tillett Gardens has always held a special place in our owner's hearts. While working with a thriving restaurant, before Hurricane Irma devastated the island in 2017, the name was fitting when they decided to open their dream restaurant just five years later, back to their Roots in Tillett Gardens.

Roots Garden Lounge, located in the heart of the Garden, is here to bring a variety of cuisine to offer a little bit for everyone. Shedding new light on "farm to table", we strive to source as much as we can locally while keeping a creative, evolving menu, while utilizing the freshest possible ingredients.
